The final 'do and a very Happy 2013!

Well 31 hairstyles...or probably closer to 60 in total and we have hit the last of 2012! So what better way to celebrate our last hairstyles than back in the UK - the best of British hairstyles with our wonderful Girls Aloud - chezza and nimble kimble. 

Everyone's generosity has been truly astounding over the last month and we could not be more grateful! Docember has unbelievably raised over £2000 for Macmillan! It really has been overwhelming. 

So now to 2013... The Docember family want to wish you every happiness, prosperity and success in 2013. We hope you have enjoyed our ridiculousness over the last month and we have made you smile at least a couple of times.

Toasting Scandinavia

Second to last day of Docember and we are toasting the scandinavian style - and you will see that we now have two brunet docembergirls.

Grecian Goddesses

Moving on with our International themes, we have gone a bit Grecian today. From the likes of Helen of Troy through to all the Greek Goddesses represented in Mythology all have had wonderful hairstyles represented over the time.

Jo went for a beautiful Helen of Troy, the last time of Docember you will see her long blonde locks, you will be in for a treat tomorrow!

I chose a more modern approach to incorporate the Grecian style and chose some delicate plaits.

Only two more hairstyles of Docember 2012, tomorrow its off to Scandinavia!

The American Dream

During Docember we have enjoyed celebrating much of the glamour, style and craziness of US women. From Jacki K to Madonna, Briters to Gaga and the Supremes to Zooey D and Marilyn to Audrey. So who do we chose to celebrate on America Docember day?....

Oh yes...classic. Paris, Nicole and the Simple life. 

We used to love this crazy duo when we were kids and although not quite as bonkers, we did spend many a summer singing sa sa san, sa sa san san and getting up to all kinds of mischief!

Tomorrow we are continuing our journey to Ancient Greece.

Memoirs of a geisha

We decided to finish Docember with a number of international hair themes. So today we are heading East and going geisha.

We have always loved this look and have loved geisha stories - from Chiyo in memoirs to Mulan, the Disney princess who saved China!

Just Us

Boxing day, and for today's 'do we decided that after 25 days of hair styles of all shapes and sizes, that we would go au natural and just be ourselves!

It was definitely needed after the fantastic Christmas day we had yesterday and so today after doing our hair in a natural way, we wrapped up and made our way down for an age old tradition of watching the raft race in Matlock!

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas with Family and loved ones, may the merriment continue over the rest of the holiday season.
