Hollywood Thirties: Day three
On this dark and drizzly Monday in December we felt that we should probably chose to focus our dos on the 'Golden age of Hollywood' glamour over the great depression - Mondays are depressing enough!
We are big Poliakoff fans and therefore we also couldn't help but use the inspiration of Glorious 39 - the glamour and style at the society balls and country house parties contrasting with the economic and political upheavals and the prospect of war.
We also couldn't go through today without giving a nod to the best of the Chatsworth girls and Mitford sisters, our Debbo the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire.
